This is a first time a Australian made and fully designed Australian car will enter Dakar. The team is from the centre of Australia, Alice Springs and we are going to take on the world’s hardest car race and give it our best.

We are working with David Nixon from Audio Video Interactive (AVI!) Productions and Welcome TV and Shane Mulcahy from Desert Vision producing a 2-3 minute pomo documentary and we filmed out first footage on the 16th of March. From here a DVD will be made to sent to potential producers and sponsors.

Our goal is to produce a story that will cover the following and more;

• Design and manufacture of the Car 
• R&D of the car with practice races and testing 
• Training with driver
• Personal preparation both mentally and physically 
• Meeting of all parties and team for Dakar 
• Using sites around Alice Springs for marketing 
• Meeting of local indigenous groups to add some fun to project 
• Working with Youth to get them involved 
• Charity functions 
• Sponsors company including media launches 
• Races in Australia to put the car through its paces. Finke Desert Race. 
• Preparation to pack and transport the team and Car Start location in Europe 
• Arrival at location at start and scruteenering 
• THE RACE..with all its drama.
